We are the controller of your personal data, and we are responsible for processing of your personal data. Especially if you visit our website and apply for a contractor or an employee position.

You can apply for a contractor or an employee position via our website or individually through e-mail or similar way. Specifically, you will request us to show your CV to companies that look for a contractor or an employee with your qualification. And if any of the companies is interested to cooperate with you, we will let you know to meet with the company. If the company wants you to be its employee, the company will conduct the selection procedure, and you will conclude an employee contract with it. Or you can work for the company as a contractor via us. In this case, you will conclude a contract with us which will allow you to provide services to the relevant company.

How long do we store your personal data? We store your personal data until 2 months after we receive an information that you are not interested to cooperate with the company or that any of the companies is not interested to cooperate with you
If you apply for a specific contractor or employee position, we must show your CV and other personal data to the companies that look for a contractor or employee with your professional qualification. This step is necessary for you to be able to get the position via us. Without transferring your personal data to the companies, we cannot provide you with our services.

3.3.2. We may use your personal data to offer you other contractor and employee positions in the future

The companies select contractors or employees from individual candidates and therefore need your personal data. We transfer the personal data you provide to us in the application to the companies. We will then inform you which company is interested in working with you.Without disclosing your personal data to the companies, we cannot provide you with our services.
Web and software operators We need software providers who are in the position of personal data processors to service our information systems.
External advisors We may delegate the professional agenda to external consultants, but only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose. The consultants are either bound by our own confidentiality obligations or are bound by a statutory duty of confidentiality.
Persons providing marketing and graphic services Marketing agencies, marketing specialists or graphic designers can help us with the preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns (e.g., sending newsletters).

If we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. You can easily withdraw your consent by emailing info@endysoft.com .

If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive newsletters, you can simply unsubscribe from newsletters via a link in the newsletter.

5.2. Right to access

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you. At the same time, you have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you, for how long, what the purposes of the processing are, to whom we disclose it and whether we use it for automated decision-making (or how this automated decision-making works).

We will give you a copy of your personal data free of charge. If you would like more copies, we may charge you the necessary costs.

5.3. Right to rectification

Have you discovered that we are processing incomplete or incorrect personal data about you? Then you have the right to have the personal data rectified or, if required by the purpose of processing the personal data, completed.

5.4. Right to erasure

You also have the right to have the personal data we hold about you deleted. For you to request erasure, one of the following reasons must be given: - your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;

- you have withdrawn the consent based on which your personal data was processed, and we have no other authority to process your personal data further;
